Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the management assignment for Pleasant Hill Square, a 282,137-square-foot shopping center in Duluth, GA. Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Retail Lead Naomi Rizzo and Senior Property Manager Theresa Nabors will oversee property management on behalf of the owner G.W. Real Estate of Georgia LLC.
Located near the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road and Satellite Boulevard in Duluth’s Gwinnett Place retail corridor, Pleasant Hill Square spans 26.57 acres and is a community favorite shopping center with high traffic from its surrounding neighborhoods .
