**JLL Capital Markets Arranges $125.5M Refinance for MAG Multifamily Portfolio**

JLL Capital Markets has secured a $125.5 million refinancing deal for the MAG Portfolio, a trio of Class A garden-style multifamily communities located in the Atlanta metropolitan area and Austin, Texas.

The financing was arranged on behalf of a joint venture between Myers Apartment Group and Torchlight Investors. Greystar provided the floating-rate loan for the portfolio.

The properties included in the deal are Highlands at Sweetwater Creek and Symphony at Suwanee Creek, both located in Georgia. Built between 2019 and 2021, the communities are currently 91.7% occupied and feature modern living spaces averaging 916 square feet per unit.

Highlands at Sweetwater Creek, located at 2789 Satellite Blvd. in Duluth, comprises 290 units averaging 926 square feet. Symphony at Suwanee Creek, located at 1630 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Suwanee, consists of 200 units with an average unit size of 974 square feet. This property is a gated community with controlled access buildings, providing residents with added privacy and security.
