Axiom Retail Advisors, a retail brokerage and consulting firm based in Irvine and a member of the X Team Retail Advisor platform, successfully arranged a 15,000-square-foot lease for DSW Inc. at the Lincoln & Rose Shopping Center in Venice. The space was previously occupied by 99 Cents Only.
Stephanie Skrbin and Lea Clay Park from Axiom represented the landlord, Combined Properties, along with managing director Bryan Norcott from Newmark. Nadia Gilmore, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Combined Properties negotiated on behalf of ownership. Tom Gyulay from Sage Retail Group represented DSW.
According to Park: “DSW sought a long-term location in Venice to continue serving their loyal customers while also investing back into the community.” The new location is adjacent to an extremely successful Whole Foods store.
This deal adds to Axiom’s growing presence on LA’s west side as they continue their winning streak under Skrbin and Park’s leadership.
