Century Farms, a sprawling 300-acre campus, is expanding its hospitality offerings with the addition of a Drury Plaza Hotel. The seven-story hotel will feature 180 rooms and is being developed by the Drury Development Corporation.
Located at 3001 Century Farms Cir., the new hotel will be situated on a prime 3.02-acre site within walking distance of the recently opened Tanger Outlets mall. According to reports from Nashville Business Journal, Oldacre McDonald – lead developer for Century Farms – acquired this property for $5.539 million in 2015.
The highly anticipated Antioch development has been in progress for several years now and boasts an impressive array of amenities including Nashville SC team’s headquarters, an HCA Healthcare freestanding emergency room and medical plaza, as well as over 1,200 residential units.
In addition to the Drury project at Century Farms, Triumph Hospitality has also announced plans for two new hotels – Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites – just a few lots away from this latest development.
