Driftwood Hospitality Management (DHM) has been selected to oversee operations for the Canopy by Hilton Downtown Louisville, a 168-key hotel situated in the heart of the city’s historic district. This $75 million project, scheduled for completion in Q4 2024, marks DHM’s first venture into Kentucky and adds to their portfolio of over 80 properties.
The development is being led by Zyyo, a renowned New York-based company that acquired the site in 2020. Along with serving as architect and construction manager, Zyyo has also enlisted Minnesota-based TruVine Companies to assist with development. The hotel will be operated by Bellé Noble Entertainment Group from Louisville.
Conveniently located on West Market Street near popular attractions such as Whiskey Row and the KFC Yum Center Arena, this new addition offers guests an exceptional experience tailored to exceed expectations.
