Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor and manager, has appointed Drew Zaborowski as Senior Vice President Northwest Market Leader. Based in Seattle, he will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities in the region and managing the entire development process from start to finish. Additionally, he will manage LPC’s existing Northwest portfolio of over 3 million square feet of Class A logistics facilities plus land held for future development.
Drew brings more than twelve years of experience to this role having spent ten years at Avenue 55 – a private industrial developer – where he managed all aspects of projects within Pacific Northwest and Northern Nevada submarkets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Washington State University and is actively involved with NAIOP Seattle chapter while also serving as board member on NAIOP Washington board .
