"DRA Invests $79 Million in 8 Plano Warehouses"

DRA Advisors, a leading real estate investment firm, has recently acquired an impressive portfolio of eight industrial buildings in Plano, Texas. The total square footage of the properties is 846,261 and they are strategically located for optimal accessibility.

The acquisition was made possible through $79 million in financing provided by New York Life. According to Commercial Edge reports from Cushman & Wakefield brokers led by James Carpenter facilitated the transaction on behalf of Link Logistics who sold the properties.

At present, all eight buildings are fully leased to a diverse group of 15 tenants including well-known companies such as Samsung and Unicom Engineering. These modern facilities were built between 1997 and 2000 with sizes ranging from 53,000 to an impressive 210,000 square feet each.

This significant purchase adds to DRA’s already extensive portfolio which currently includes over five hundred properties across thirty-nine states. In February this year alone DRA closed their largest Growth and Income Fund yet at almost $2.3 billion dollars – demonstrating their continued success in identifying value-add opportunities within various sectors such as industrial spaces like these warehouses in Plano.
