Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group has successfully brokered the sale of Four Flaggs, a 326,084-square-foot shopping center located in Niles, Illinois. The property was acquired by Nassimi Realty.
Ben Wineman and Rick Drogosz of Mid-America served as exclusive brokers for the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. Pine Tree managed the property which consists of four one-story buildings situated on a 22.5-acre site at 8305 W. Golf Road in Chicago’s North Shore area.
Fresh Farms International Market, a highly successful family-owned business with four locations in northern Chicago suburbs, serves as an anchor tenant for Four Flaggs. Currently at 75% occupancy rate, other notable tenants include Marshalls,PetSmart , Old Navy , JoAnn , Five Below and Ashley Furniture .
In addition to this deal,Mid-America also recently facilitated the sale of a portfolio consistingof16 street retail buildings totaling over75 ,000 square feetin Lincoln Parkand Bucktown neighborhoods withinChicago .
