Seguin Crossing, a major new retail project in Seguin, is being developed by Collett & Associates and the Alexander Family. This exciting venture will bring over 135,000 square feet of new retail space to the city with a capital investment of at least $25 million. Confirmed tenants for this development include well-known brands such as Hobby Lobby, Five Below, James Avery and more that will be announced at a later date.
According to Josh Schneuker from Seguin’s city council team: “The upcoming Seguin Crossing development is set to become the largest retail project in our city in over three decades. It represents the significant growth and potential that our community has been experiencing.” Currently ranked among one of America’s top 25 fastest-growing cities for populations above 20,000 residents.
Construction on this impressive project is expected to begin by late 2024 on a spacious 14-acre site situated at Jay Road’s northeast corner along westbound Interstate-10 Frontage Road. The majority of retailers planning on opening their doors within Seguin Crossing are aiming for fall season openings during September or October month period next year.
