Chatham Lodging Trust, a hotel real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on upscale extended-stay and premium-branded select-service hotels, has acquired the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Downtown Phoenix for $43.3 million from Anish Hotels Group.
The 148-room property, located at 125 East Jackson Street and officially opened in January 2024, offers guests easy access to popular attractions such as the Footprint Center, Chase Field, and the Phoenix Convention Center.
