**Red Ridge Development Breaks Ground on Downtown Las Vegas Mixed-Use Project**

Red Ridge Development has officially begun work on a new mixed-use project in downtown Las Vegas. Spanning six acres, the development includes two primary components: Origin at Symphony Park and the Cello Tower. The project will feature a combination of retail, office space, and luxury residential condominiums. Plans also include a location for a major grocery chain, which will be announced in the near future.

The centerpiece of the development, the Cello Tower, will rise 32 stories and offer 240 luxury residential units. Residents will have access to over 40,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, such as valet parking, a golf simulator, and a pet wellness spa. Additionally, Red Ridge is laying the groundwork for a nearby resort, further contributing to the area’s transformation.

The Origin segment of the development will encompass over 100,000 square feet dedicated to retail, office, and market space. Several business tenants have already signed leases, indicating strong early interest in the project.

Located within the vibrant Symphony Park district — a 61-acre urban development in the heart of downtown — the project benefits from proximity to key cultural and medical institutions. These include The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Symphony Park sits just across from Las Vegas City Hall, making it a prime location for this major investment in urban revitalization.

The new development by Red Ridge is set to become a distinctive addition to the ongoing transformation of downtown Las Vegas, blending upscale residential options with diverse commercial offerings.
