Bilt Rewards, a rewards platform for renters, has appointed Douglas M. Bibby as Chairman of the Bilt Rewards Alliance. In this new role, Mr. Bibby will collaborate with Bilt’s network of owners and operators representing over three million units including firms such Greystar, AvalonBay Equity Residential, Cushman & Wakefield and more to optimize their rental experience through ESG (Environmental Social Governance).
Mr. Bibby brings an extensive amount of expertise from his previous roles; he spent 21 years as President at National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) where he led a team representing 1 600 member firms in the $3 trillion multifamily housing sector and 16 years as senior officer at Fannie Mae where he served on its Management Committee throughout his tenure there too. “We are delighted to have Douglas M.
