RangeWater is set to begin construction this week on a 304-unit housing project that features both “micro” studios of 474 square feet and three-bedroom apartments over 1,400 square feet. Named “Camino”, the development will be located at a vacant parcel off Buford Highway, just inside the Interstate 285 Perimeter. This marks RangeWater’s 26th project in Georgia and first in Doraville.
The amenities offered at Camino are expected to include a centralized pool courtyard, podcast studio, rooftop lounge, private speakeasy bar area as well as dog park and coworking offices for residents’ convenience. RangeWater’s internal construction team anticipates delivering Camino by spring 2025.
