Dominium Delivers 2 Affordable Housing Projects in Atlanta

The City of Atlanta and Dominium have recently unveiled two new residential communities designed specifically for low-income tenants. Located along Greenbriar Parkway, near the Campbellton Road and Langford Parkway exits on Interstate 285, these developments – Briar Park (photo) and The Paramount – offer convenient access to Downtown Atlanta while also being within walking distance of Greenbriar Mall.

Briar Park boasts a total of 244 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans tailored to meet the needs of active seniors aged 55 years or older. Meanwhile, The Paramount features 240 residential units offering one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts that are available for rent without any age restrictions.

To qualify for occupancy at either complex, renters must earn less than 60% of the area median income which is currently set at $64,500 annually for a family of four. Additionally, residents must have an income equivalent to at least twice their monthly rent (or in some cases up to two-and-a-half times) in order to be considered eligible.

Move-ins are slated to begin on August first so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
