Dominion Prepares for 270-Unit Charlotte Apartment Development

Dominion Realty Partners is excited to announce the upcoming development of Perimeter Pointe Apartments, a 270-unit project in Charlotte. The developer recently secured financing for the project, with Trustmark Bank partnering with Dogwood State Bank and Providence Bank to provide funding. The total cost of the project is estimated at $66 million.

According to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal, construction on the first units is expected to begin in early 2025. As part of their commitment to community development, DRP has allocated 6% of units as affordable housing based on area median income.

The apartment complex will feature one- and two-bedroom units with rental rates yet to be determined. Residents can look forward to luxurious amenities such as a resort-style pool and activity lawn, an automated package delivery system, state-of-the-art fitness facility including interactive classes studio,and a club room for socializing or playing games.

Rule Joy Trammell & Rubio from Atlanta have been tapped for design services while Armada Hoffler out of Virginia Beach will serve as general contractor for this exciting new venture by Dominion Realty Partners.
