The loan, secured by Jim Collins on behalf of Dominion Group based in Knoxville, was provided by Nationwide Life Insurance Co. and offers two years of interest-only payments.
Collins expressed his satisfaction with securing the best possible terms for their valued client Dominion Group. He explained that this financing will enable them to carry out significant renovations on this historic landmark property and continue its legacy as an iconic part of Chattanooga’s landscape.
