DMT Funds $41M for Brooklyn Apartment Building

Dwight Mortgage Trust (DMT), a subsidiary of Dwight Capital, has recently provided $41.2 million in bridge financing to Bruklyn Builders Inc. for their newly completed high-rise building, Amnia, located in Downtown Brooklyn. The 13-story property was finalized in November 2023 and features 73 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms with various amenities such as a fitness center, game room, dog-friendly courtyard and rooftop lounge boasting stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

In addition to its luxurious offerings, Amnia also includes 22 affordable units that qualify for long-term tax abatements under the New York Affordable Housing Program known as “421-a”. This loan will not only assist with refinancing existing construction debt but also provide additional capital for future projects. Pinchas Vogel from Landstone Capital Group played an integral role in facilitating this transaction on behalf of DMT.

This news highlights DMT’s commitment towards providing financial support for real estate developments like BK Apartment Building without mentioning any specific locations or organizations involved.
