Dwight Mortgage Trust (DMT), a subsidiary of Dwight Capital, has recently provided $41.2 million in bridge financing to Bruklyn Builders Inc. for their newly completed high-rise building, Amnia, located in Downtown Brooklyn.
Completed in November 2023, Amnia boasts 73 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms and offers top-notch amenities such as a fitness center, game room, dog-friendly courtyard and rooftop lounge with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
This property also includes 22 affordable units that benefit from long-term tax abatements under the 421-a Affordable Housing New York Program. The loan will not only refinance existing construction debt but also provide additional capital for future investments. Facilitating this transaction was Pinchas Vogel of Landstone Capital Group.
