"DLC Acquires Plymouth Shopping Center for $86 Million"

DLC, a leading private owner and operator of open-air retail properties, has recently completed the acquisition of Colony Place shopping center in Plymouth, MA for $86 million. This strategic investment marks DLC’s entry into the highly coveted Boston market and its first collaboration with Principal Asset Management as an advisor.

According to Adam Ifshin, founder and CEO of DLC, this prime location between Boston and Cape Cod makes Colony Place a premier asset in the region with no comparable shopping centers. The two-phase center boasts over 50 stores and restaurants that attract shoppers from both Plymouth-Kingston trade area. Currently at 94% occupancy rate, it is a popular destination for retail therapy.

With over three decades of experience in leasing, development,and asset management services,DLC has established itself as an expert in its field. This successful transaction is also their second partnership with Temerity Strategic Partners (TSP) since their joint venture began back in December 2023 to expand DLC’s portfolio by double by 2025.
