Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG), one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest private companies, has begun relocating its employee population to a single headquarters at the Foundry in downtown Cincinnati. The nearly 100,000-square-foot space at 505 Vine Street will house roughly half of DMG’s employees starting June 5th and the remaining staff is scheduled to move in over the coming weeks.
The Foundry is a $51 million redevelopment project by Cincinnati Center City Development Corp that transformed a 3.5-story structure into 150,000 square feet of Class A office space with 35,000 square feet dedicated for street-level retail and restaurant use. Located directly across from Fountain Square in Downtown Cincinnati, The Foundry stands as an iconic mixed-use development featuring tenants such as Deloitte LLP., Turner Construction Co., Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse and now DMG.
