Diversified Partners has begun construction on a new mixed-use development at the intersection of Elliot and Ellsworth roads. The $40 million project will feature a 107-key Cambria Hotel, set to open in September 2025. Spanning over 90,000 square feet, the hotel will boast amenities such as a rooftop bar, banquet kitchen for private events, and first-floor restaurant and lounge.
The shell spaces at Eastgate Plaza are expected to be completed within 11 months by Diversified Partners before handing off the building to potential tenants in early 2025. Additionally, there is an available pad that could serve as a restaurant space. Located next to Eastmark – one of Arizona’s premier master-planned communities (photo) – Eastgate offers prime location for businesses.
Overseeing construction management is Canyon Building & Design while RKAA Architects serves as project architect.
