“Diversified Financial Group Transforms Commercial Unit into Vibrant Office and Coworking Space”

Diversified Financial Management Group, an accounting and legal services firm, has acquired a two-story commercial unit at the base of The Metropolitan condo tower for approximately $860,000.

The 16-story building was originally constructed in 1911 for Third National Bank and was converted into residential condos as well as ground-level commercial space during the 1990s. Financial Management Group purchased this 7,120 square foot space from Goldenfield Capital LLC – an investment company led by Dora Cheung – located at 20 Marietta Street.

Previously leased by T-Mobile, over half of this unit will be used to accommodate around 20 employees from Financial Management Group’s staff while the remaining area will serve as a salon and co-working facility. Most other personnel within their 530-person organization are based out of Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta.
