DivcoWest to Oversee Four Major Santa Monica Properties Totaling 205,000 Square Feet
DivcoWest has been selected to manage, lease, and operate a portfolio of four high-profile properties in Santa Monica: Penn Station Studios, Broadway Place, 2308 Broadway, and 1556 20th Street. Together, these assets represent a combined 205,000 square feet and are home to a variety of long-term creative office and media tenants.
The new assignment, awarded by a major institutional investor, marks a significant addition to DivcoWest’s Southern California portfolio, which now spans 2.8 million square feet. The company’s holdings in the region include office, multifamily, and retail properties across the Greater Los Angeles and San Diego markets. DivcoWest also maintains a regional corporate office in Beverly Hills.

Crowley will oversee asset management and leasing for the Santa Monica properties in collaboration with Scott Rigsby of Industry Partners. This strategic move reinforces DivcoWest’s commitment to delivering best-in-class service to tenants while enhancing the value of its Southern California assets.
