In addition to these regional offices, the Midwest Region oversees projects nationwide for clients in sports facilities construction as well as justice and federal government sectors. -Tyler Ziebel advanced to Vice President with expertise in investment sales ranging from $10 million-$500 million.He closed out 16 investment transactions valued at $650 million last year alone while being part of one Chicago’s top producing capital markets teams.
-Lauren Stoliar became Senior Associate within Multifamily Advisory group.Her focus is on middle market transactions and underwriting commercial investment sales and capital market deals for institutional,corporate,and private owners of multifamily properties in the Midwest.
