This unique lodging concept combines the convenience of apartment living with the luxury of a hotel stay. Collaborating with Donohoe and Aimco, this property will be located on Wisconsin Avenue and is set to open in April.
The accommodations at Placemakr Cathedral Heights include fully furnished studio, one- and two-bedroom units equipped with kitchens and laundry facilities. Onsite staff will provide top-notch service while guests can enjoy amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and coworking spaces. With 150 units available for short-term stays starting in March 2024.
