Moore Development Group is seeking approval from a local planning agency for The Amalfi, a 22-story condominium tower located at 2317 North Ocean Boulevard in the Dolphin Isles neighborhood. This project will feature 38 residential units and luxurious amenities situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Designed by Kobi Karp, this unique tower consists of irregularly stacked layers with varying floor plates.
To bring this project to life, the developer acquired several small apartment buildings for $5.5 million to assemble just under one acre of land. The spacious units range from 2,632 to 3,762 square feet with balconies included. Two top-floor units will each have their own private rooftop terrace and pool for ultimate luxury living experience.
On the second floor of The Amalfi will be an amenity deck equipped with a pool, gymnasium, lounge area complete with catering kitchen services , golf simulator room , sauna , yoga studio as well as dog washing facilities . Anticipated completion date is set for year-end in2027 .
