Portman has unveiled the Junction Krog District, a top-notch office building with street-level retail facing the Atlanta BeltLine. The restaurant lineup will soon include Yuji, a fresh Japanese concept from Kinjo Enterprise, LLC and Yeppa & Co, an Italian dining experience set to open in summer 2024.

The development boasts 135,000 square feet of premier office space complete with private terraces and a newly opened public porch spanning 7,000 square feet. In the upcoming weeks, Portman intends to activate this outdoor space with live music performances and pop-up bars.

In addition to Junction Krog District’s current offerings , Portman has recently acquired an adjacent 1.3 acres for future expansion plans that align with their dedication towards enhancing Atlanta’s beloved pedestrian trail through community-driven projects. Meanwhile in Atlanta itself , construction is well underway for Spring Quarter – another three-building project by Portman centered around HM Patterson Home and Gardens which will feature high-end residential units alongside offices and retail spaces.
