Kairoi Residential has proposed a massive mixed-use project, known as “Bolm Colorado,” which would span two industrial sites along US 183, Levander Loop, Linger Lane and Bolm Road. This development would cover approximately 115 acres and bring thousands of residences, a hotel, and millions of square feet of retail, office space for dining and arts to the east side.
