Pickleball is quickly becoming a popular activity, with updated mini-golf courses following close behind. Denver residents can now look forward to the opening of a new and exciting franchise experience: trampoline parks.
This weekend marks the grand opening of Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park’s fourth location at 8181 S. Quebec St. in Centennial. The park boasts not only trampolines, but also features like a zip line, climbing walls, bumper cars, and an exclusive attraction called the “Twist Tower,” which can only be found at one other Urban Air location.
Spanning over 43,000 square feet in what used to be a Stein Mart department store, this new park will provide employment opportunities for over 100 individuals on mostly part-time basis. In addition to paying a franchise fee for their partnership with Urban Air’s parent company Unleashed Brands , operators are also responsible for monthly royalty fees equaling 7% of their profits.
