Ryan Companies has reached the top of Rivette Tower, a 345-unit apartment complex located in the Mueller District. The development includes two buildings with ground floor retail space totaling 2,500 square feet each. The units will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, with 15% reserved for renters earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Amenities such as a pool, rooftop deck, coworking space, and outdoor gathering areas will be available to residents. The first units are expected to be ready for occupancy in spring of 2024.
