SkyView Partners and Tegethoff Development, based in St. Louis, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Oasis at Lakeport family resort and entertainment district in Osage Beach, Missouri. This $400 million project is set to open its first phase in Summer 2025 and will feature amusement rides, restaurants, a marina, and more.
Located at Highway 54 and Jeffries Road near the Grand Glaize Bridge on Lake of the Ozarks property, Oasis at Lakeport will be a year-round destination with 25 acres of attractions including an indoor waterpark. The first phase also includes plans for a Marriott Resort with conference center featuring over 400 rooms.
The second phase of development is scheduled to begin construction in Fall 2026 which will include additional amenities such as an indoor waterpark along with the Marriott Hotels Resort & Conference Center.
