Century Communities is proposing a new development, Fulshear Junction, in Fort Bend County. This 126.9-acre project will be situated north of FM 1093 and west of Wallis Street, adjacent to the Polo Ranch community.
The development will feature 251 single-family homes on a spacious 100 acres of land. Additionally, there will be five commercial and mixed-use areas spanning over 21 acres that include shops, restaurants, offices and even a national daycare facility already under contract.
Construction for this exciting project is expected to begin in summer of 2025 with an initial phase consisting of only building up to one hundred homes within the first year followed by another one hundred in the subsequent year before completing all remaining units.
