TailoredSpace, a coworking company based in Brea, California, has announced plans to expand their portfolio by nearly doubling the number of locations in 2024. The company’s founders have identified Laguna Niguel and Santa Clarita as potential new sites for their suburban coworking spaces.
According to TailoredSpace Co-Founder Drew Sanden, the demand for alternative workspaces is on the rise and will continue to be a permanent fixture in today’s workforce. He believes that while many people prefer working from home for its flexibility, it can also come with distractions. This is where suburban coworking spaces come into play – providing convenience and balance between work and home life.
Currently operating 10 locations across Southern California under both TailoredSpace and sister brand SimplerSpace, the company aims to cater to members’ needs by expanding throughout the state with more suburban options close to their homes. With this expansion plan set in motion, TailoredSpace looks forward towards continued growth as they strive towards meeting evolving workplace demands.
