SimplerSpace has recently opened its first coworking space in Placentia, catering to the growing demand for affordable and efficient office spaces. The 8,000-square-foot facility located at 701 Kimberly is just the beginning of SimplerSpace’s expansion plans, with upcoming sites in Carlsbad (17,000 square feet) and Pomona (7,500 square feet) set to open within the next few months.
Partnering with landlords to repurpose vacant office spaces with minimal investment, SimplerSpace offers a new concept for small business owners and entrepreneurs seeking cost-effective offices without long-term commitments. Co-founders Drew Sanden and Scott Maples also have experience creating TailoredSpace.
According to Sanden: “We aim to keep costs low by utilizing existing tenant improvements as much as possible. Our goal is not only reducing capital outlay but also minimizing downtime for any necessary office upgrades while providing sustainable cash flow returns for landlords struggling with high vacancy rates.”
