HSBC, a global banking and financial services company, has recently opened its new U.S. headquarters at The Spiral in Hudson Yards. This relocation marks the largest move for HSBC in the United States to date. Notable guests such as Mayor Eric Adams, Michael R. Bloomberg, Kathryn Wylde and architect Bjarke Ingels attended the grand opening ceremony.
The event was led by HSBC Group Chairman Mark Tucker and U.S. & Americas CEO Michael Roberts who placed artifacts into a time capsule to be opened in 40 years for the bank’s bicentennial celebration.
