Farbman Group has recently completed the renovation of The LookOut, a unique office amenity space located on the 26th floor of 100 North La Salle in Chicago. As the owner and manager of this property, Farbman Group transformed this penthouse suite into a multi-use space with stunning views of Downtown Chicago.
According to CEO Andrew Farbman, The LookOut offers tenants various options such as meeting spaces, lounges, and even a workout facility. This transformation was made possible through our partnership with Soul Studio from Michigan. Soul Studio is an art program and gallery run by Friendship Circle – an organization that provides adults with special needs a platform to express themselves through art.
One notable feature in this new space is the commissioned piece “Rhythmic Grid Space” by artist Aislinn Wendrow. This marks Wendrow’s second collaboration with Farbman Group after her first piece was featured at Bingham Office Center in Michigan.
