CBRE has recently opened a new office in Clayton, Missouri at The Plaza. This 13,611-square-foot space on the sixth floor boasts innovative technology and a variety of collaborative areas to support hybrid work. According to Jeff Kaiser, senior managing director and market leader at CBRE, this move represents the company’s commitment to their “Future of Work” standards.
The design theme for this office was inspired by St. Louis’ rich history and features curved elements reminiscent of the iconic Gateway Arch. Additionally, local artists were highlighted through carefully selected art pieces that showcase different neighborhoods within the city.
Amenities for employees include an outdoor terrace, lounges for relaxation or informal meetings, a fitness center for wellness breaks during work hours,and recreational activities such as golf simulation and game rooms. With these exciting updates in place,CBRE is excited about ushering in a new era at The Plaza with their highly collaborative Workplace360 concept in St.Louis.
