Dostart Development Company, LLC and Sares Regis Group of Northern California have recently secured two new leases at their newly completed 220 Park development in downtown Burlingame. Private equity firm SkyKnight Capital has confirmed to the San Francisco Business Times that they will be leasing approximately 10,000 square feet of office space in the new Class A office and retail project. This move will relocate their headquarters from San Francisco.
The deal was represented by Ben Paul and Marc Pope from Cushman & Wakefield for 220 Park, while Christian Prelle from Newmark represented them as well. The tenant was represented by Ryan Adlesh from CBRE, Inc.
Aside from this private equity firm’s lease agreement, DDC and SRGNC also announced that a high-end Kohler Signature Store will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet on the ground floor of the project. It will be leased and operated by Hajoca Corporation – a leader in luxury plumbing products. Lockehouse’s Chris Homs and Kurt Grundman represented 220 Park in this deal while Tom Power with SRS Real Estate Partners acted as representative for Hajoca Corporation.
