Savanna, a real estate investment firm, has recently acquired the leasehold interest for 430 W. 15th St., an eight-story office property spanning 95,000 square feet in Lower Manhattan’s popular Meatpacking District. The seller of the property was reportedly Invesco and it was purchased at a discounted price of $85 million.

According to Savanna, this fully leased property is well-positioned to take advantage of the high rental rates in the submarket in the future. Kerry Powers, managing director at Savanna stated that this acquisition was a unique opportunity to acquire a top-quality office asset in one of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighborhoods at a reduced cost.
