**The Dinerstein Companies Unveils Atlas Fullerton, First Orange County Development**
The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) has announced plans for its newest project, Atlas Fullerton — a 329-unit, five-story Class A multifamily development. This marks TDC’s first development in Orange County and represents a significant expansion of the Atlas brand into Southern California. Headquartered in Houston, TDC continues to grow its national footprint with projects across the United States.

Located at 229 E. Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton, California, Atlas Fullerton will be surrounded by popular retail destinations, including Target, Amazon Fresh and Sprouts. The development will also feature approximately 5,995 square feet of retail space and a 617-space parking garage.
Construction is currently underway, with virtual tours expected to begin closer to the property’s projected completion in 2027.
