Digital media company The Messenger, founded by Jimmy Finkelstein, has signed a sublease at 195 Broadway in the Financial District. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the 41,854-square-foot space on the 26th floor with Peter Trivelas and Gary Ceder representing the sublandlord and Laura Pomerantz, Ethan Silverstein and Theodora Livadiotis representing The Messenger.
Located adjacent to Fulton Street Transit Center and World Trade Center, this Class A office building features retail tenants including Nobu and Anthropologie. This latest move will provide an ideal location for digital news startup’s operations in New York City’s Financial District.
