**DICK’S House of Sport to Anchor Cherry Hill Mall with 120,000-Square-Foot Store**
Dick’s House of Sport, an expanded and experiential version of the popular sporting goods retailer, is set to open a new location next year at Cherry Hill Mall in the greater Philadelphia area.
Spanning 120,000 square feet, the new store will be constructed on the site currently occupied by the One Cherry Hill office building, which is scheduled for demolition. This immersive retail concept includes a variety of interactive athletic amenities such as an indoor rock climbing wall, golf simulators, and enhanced in-store displays designed to elevate the shopping experience for sports enthusiasts.
In addition to the arrival of Dick’s House of Sport, Cherry Hill Mall will also welcome several new tenants by the end of the year. These include luxury fashion retailer Coach, popular footwear brand Dr. Martens, activewear label Offline by Aerie, and collectible toy company Pop Mart.
The expansion reflects continued investment from mall owner PREIT in transforming Cherry Hill Mall into a dynamic retail and lifestyle destination.
