Dick’s House of Sport is set to become an anchor tenant at Live Oak Town Center, a mixed-use development in San Antonio. The project, located on 111 acres at the intersection of IH-35 and Loop 1604, will also feature IKEA and Floor & Décor as major tenants.
According to Herb Weitzman of Weitzman, “We are thrilled to bring Dick’s House of Sport to San Antonio. This store will not only attract local residents but also draw visitors from the surrounding region.”
The negotiations for this prime location were handled by David Nicolson, President of Weitzman’s San Antonio office along with Michael Schoenbrun from their City Partner team.
Spanning approximately 100,000 square feet at Live Oak Town Center , Dick’s House of Sport offers more than just athletic gear and apparel – it boasts state-of-the-art amenities such as training facilities, rock climbing walls,batting cages,and outdoor fields. This unique concept sets it apart from traditional Dick’s Sporting Goods stores.
