"DICK'S Acquires Denver Retail Property"

The empty buildings that were left behind when Bed Bath & Beyond went bankrupt are now being filled. DICK’S Sporting Goods Inc. has signed a new lease for 44,997 square feet at 370 S. Colorado Blvd in Glendale, just outside of Denver city limits.

This will be DICK’S eleventh location in the Denver metro area and its closest to downtown.

According to the Denver Business Journal, this lease is one of the largest retail deals in the second quarter for the Denver-metro area. In their recent fourth quarter and full year results for 2023, DICK’S reported its highest sales ever.

John Liprando from SullivanHayes Brokerage represented DICK’S in this deal.

Overall, it can be said that “DICK’S Takes Over Retail Building Near Downtown Denver.”
