"Dickinson Unveils Plans for 15-Acre Mixed-Use Development"

The state of Texas is experiencing robust growth in various areas, including the Galveston County town of Dickinson. Developer Collaborate has announced plans for a 14.7-acre mixed-use project called Bayou Village, showcasing the widespread development happening throughout the state.

According to reports from Houston Business Journal, Bayou Village will feature a 20,000-square-foot multitenant retail building and two pad sites. Additionally, there are plans for a 40,000-square-foot grocery store and a four-story apartment complex with up to 240 one- and two-bedroom units on the ground level with parking available.

Collaborate is currently evaluating potential companies for the apartment development while also securing tenants for their retail spaces. With approximately half of the retail building already leased out and secured grocery tenant Velvet Taco in place as well as other popular brands like Shake Shack and Kura Revolving Sushi Bar joining them at Bayou Village’s remaining tenant lineup includes Wild Forkand Via313 Pizzeria.
