DFW Warehouses Acquired by Basis for Almost 1 Million Square Feet

Basis Industrial, led by managing partner Anthony Scavo, recently acquired a total of 1 million square feet of commercial assets in Texas and Florida. The transactions were financed by Beach Point Capital Management with Newmark assisting in sourcing the debt. The purchased properties include DFW II and III in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as Houston I in Houston, Texas.

DFW II is a collection of eight properties totaling 439,916 square feet that Basis Industrial plans to renovate with improvements such as exterior updates, roof replacement, HVAC replacement and more. These properties are located in Fort Worth, Haltom City Irving and Farmers Branch.

DFW III & Houston I consists of one property totaling 461
