**DFW LAND Acquires 112 Acres in Celina for $250M Mixed-Use Development**
Vijay Borra of DFW LAND has acquired 112 acres from the Choate Family at the highly visible intersection of Collin County Outer Loop and Preston Road in Celina, Texas.
DFW LAND has engaged Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) to spearhead leasing efforts and attract users across various sectors, including retail, medical, hospitality, and office. The firm is also seeking a multifamily development partner, as residential components may be included in the final master plan. Design work is currently underway, with expectations to break ground as early as next year.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the total investment in the development could reach $250 million.
Strategically located at the nexus of three major roadways, the property is adjacent to two major retail projects: a Walmart Supercenter development under construction and a planned H-E-B-anchored center.
The land acquisition was brokered by David Davidson, Jr. of DB2RE, in partnership with his father, David Davidson, Sr. of Davidson Real Estate.
