Creation has proudly announced the successful completion of Fort West Commerce Center, a premier Class-A industrial development located in the highly sought-after North Fort Worth submarket. This impressive project spans over 30 acres and features three buildings totaling 531,601 square feet. LGE Design Build (LGE) was responsible for designing and overseeing this master-planned development.
Prior to its completion, Building A of Fort West Commerce Center was leased by Big Ass Fans for their central U.S. distribution hub as well as an office and showroom space spanning 221,444 square feet. Additionally, Lockheed Martin secured Building C with a lease for storage and distribution purposes covering 136,165 square feet. The remaining building – Building B – offers an attractive leasing opportunity with its available space of 173,992 square feet under the management of Matt Carthey and George Jennings from Holt Lunsford Commercial.
