**Devon Self Storage Takes Over Management of Memphis Facility Near Graceland**
Devon Self Storage, based in Oak Brook and a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., has assumed property management responsibilities for a self-storage facility located in Memphis, Tennessee.
The two-story facility, situated at 1215 East Shelby Drive and owned by Global Memphis Shelby, LLC, features 1,146 climate-controlled units and offers 104,873 square feet of rentable space. Key amenities include easy-access loading and unloading areas, 24-hour video surveillance, secure entry systems, various unit sizes, and the option for in-store or contactless online rentals.
