The facility is located at 2100 Edgewood Rd SW in Cedar Rapids and opened in 2017. The two-story, 86,700 rentable-square-foot property comprises 783 climate-controlled units. On-site features include a drive-through loading bay with a truck-height door, as well as contactless rental options both in-store and online, aligning the facility with current customer preferences for convenience and digital access.
Positioned along Edgewood Road SW, the property benefits from frontage on a heavily traveled corridor.
